We offer a 2-day return window for customers to request a return, provided a full unboxing video is shared showing the sealed package and product condition. If unavailable, a refund will be issued to the original payment source (for prepaid orders only).

Stones may include genuine druzy quartz, American diamonds (Cubic Zirconia), pearls, and carefully selected synthetic and semi-precious gemstones, depending on the design.

Our openable bracelets are designed to comfortably fit most wrist sizes and come in two main styles:

We strongly recommend not to. To protect the shine, the plating, and delicate stones like pearls, you should always remove your bracelet before showering, swimming, or washing your hands.
