We offer a 3-day return window starting from the moment your package is delivered.
To keep things eligible for a return, please ensure:
- Original Vibes Only: The item must be unused and in the same pristine condition you received it.
- Safe Travels: Please use the original packaging. This ensures the jewelry stays protected on its journey back to us.

How to Start Your Return
If you wish to return an item, please notify us within this period by emailing support@sanaadhya.com with your name, order ID, and a full unboxing video showing the sealed package and product condition.
Requests received after the 3-day window will not be eligible for return or refund.
Refunds & Shipping
- A nominal service fee of ₹150 will be deducted from the total refund amount to cover handling and processing costs.
- Products must be returned unused and in the same condition in which they were received, along with original packaging. Items found used, damaged, or altered will not be eligible for a refund.
- Refunds are issued only as store credit, which can be used for future purchases on Sanaadhya.
Damaged Product Complaints
In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery by emailing support@sanaadhya.com with:
- Clear pictures of the product.
- A full unboxing video.
- A detailed description of the issue.
Our team will review your request and respond within 3–4 working days, provided all required information is submitted and the issue is verified.
If the complaint is valid:
- The damaged item will be replaced, subject to stock availability.
- If the product is out of stock, a refund will be issued to the original payment source within 5–7 working days for prepaid orders.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a store credit will be issued instead of a refund.
Unboxing Video Guidelines
To ensure a valid claim, please follow these guidelines while recording your unboxing video:
- Begin the video by showing a 360-degree view of the sealed parcel, clearly displaying that the package has not been tampered with.
- Continue recording while opening the package and removing the products, ensuring that the items are clearly visible on camera at all times.
- Do not pause or move the camera away during the unboxing process.
- If any damage or issue is found, clearly show the affected product in the video before ending the recording.
Please note that claims without a complete and clear unboxing video may not be eligible for return or replacement.
Return & Exchange Guidelines
- Returns or exchanges will be processed only for the complete order and not for individual items within the same order.
- Items that are part of combo packs or gift sets cannot be returned or exchanged separately.
We kindly request customers to review their selections carefully before completing their purchase.
Cancellation Policy
To ensure smooth order processing and avoid unnecessary delays, order cancellations are not accepted once an order has been placed. We kindly request customers to carefully review their order details before confirming the purchase, as all sales are considered final.
COD & Partial Payments
For COD orders, we collect a 10% deposit upfront. Please note that if a parcel is returned to us due to non-availability or refusal at the door, this 10% deposit (up to INR 150) is non-refundable to cover the two-way shipping costs incurred.
